Nina,

I am taking Nature Made that I get at Costco. They are 200mg tabs and I take 2 tabs first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I don't eat anything for at least 30 minutes. I also take my Asacol and Ursodiol at the same time.

The UC has given me a few problems in the last year, but I have to raise my prednisone in take and then it will settle down. I haven't had a flare up in years. It is time for my colonoscopy next month so I will see how things are doing.
