Miz Kit...kidney infection

Would you please go into more detail about the kidney infection. My

labs are elevated in such a way that I think I may have either an

infection or perhaps possible kidney damage...or cancer?, I dont know.

Elevated RDW, PLT, Trace blood in Urine, Urine RBC/HPF elevated above

ref range.

Low Iron, Ferritan, and Iron Sat

The Anemia plus right flank pain, and these labs make me wonder if I

may have Renal Cell or another type of kidney cancer. Not sure what

next steps I need to take. Should I be seeing a Nephrologist, or

Urologist..are there other labs that are specific to detect kidney

damage,..other than a full lower abdominal CT scan.
