A new database gives free access to British medical research from Jan.

UK PubMed Central mirrors the US PubMed Central database and you can download complete articles for free. Try www.ukpmc.ac.uk The groups behind this, which have been led by the Wellcome Trust, now require that the the research they support is made available to the site. The aim over coming years is to develop UKPMC so that it becomes the site of choice for the international biomedical research community. Type in Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis and you'll find over 400 articles going back to 1980. For more details on this see,
