You can also set up a chat room/conference room on messenger so that

you can talk to everyone who is online at one time. I believe that is

what they are discussing about setting up instead of just being able

to instant message everyone individually which is fine but I have

found that it is a lot more fun if you are able to set up chat times

and be able to talk to everyone at once in the same room.
