Guest guest
I think massage and such would be of such benefit. I just can't afford it. I truly believe it is more beneficial than anything we could do. I will bet that the reflexology does have something to do with the great affects you achieve. You hit the nail on the head so to speak. I do love baths. I always have. I am constantly buying new bath products and new soaps. We have a joke around here about the amount of bath products and soaps I have open all at once. I have been labeled with a phobia of " fear of running out of soap " .... LOL. love and hugs, Debra V. ddean228 wrote: Debra, How very very sweet of him to do that for you! I don't have a tub to soak in, otherwise, I'd be hitting wallyworld despite our inclement weather! But I do have a foot bath and I recently read that hand and foot massages can greatly relieve the pain of fibro - wonder if it has anything to do with the reflexology????? I know that when my reflexologist works on me, I feel fantastic for several days; lots of inflammation leaves my body and I feel more " normal " if that makes sense! I wish I could afford her every day! (((Hugs)))) Darlene > > Just to let you all know that my d/h bought me some bath salts at walmart. They are by Village Naturals and this particular kind is for Cold and Sinus relief. It is a mineral bath with some kind of aromatherapy for the throat and sinuses. You can find it in the beauty section where they sell the bubble baths and makeup and such. It is wonderful. So comforting. The vapors really sooth you will you soak. > > He bought me another kind too called Aches and Pains. I have not tried it yet but I am sure it will be somewhat comforting for our fibro pain. > > Hugs to all, > from rainy East Tx, > Debra V. > > > --------------------------------- > Looking for last minute shopping deals?
