detox foot-bath

Hi!

Now, its 2 and a half month since I removed my last filling of

amalgam. Today I tried detox foot-bath and I went sick immideately

with high blod-pressure.

I had planned to start with ALA two weeks from now, but now I wondered

if I have to wait for new 3 months from today because of the

redistribution from the foot-bath?

Or maybe I can start with ALA today to reduce the redistribution from

the foot-bath?

What do you think?

I give up if I have to wait for 3 months again!
