Guest guest
Hi, I just signed up here to get a little different perspective on the chelation process. My wife and I have been chelating our son for some time now (10 rounds of DMSA, 53 with ALA +DMSA). Initially, for the first 4 months we saw nice improvements, as did his caretakers at school. However, the dreaded " stall " period came...and hasn't left. Recently, this process has become pretty disheartening - as every weekend is approached with the " is THIS the round that he resumes moving ahead? " question in our minds. Looking for little " signs " & holding our breath as the regressions mount... From what I have read, we should be just about " there " . I'd like to hear people's experiences with the " stall " , how long it lasted, how they dealt with the emotional rollercoaster, etc. Basically, I'm saying that this is killing us & I'd like to see a glimpse of light at the end of the tunnel.
