That's really helpful and an interesting approach! You are reminding

me that joint flare-ups always occur for me when I have days where my

diet gets too acidic. Sugar is deadly. It's such a habit by now for

me to eat a dark green salad or take a green drink when I'm feeling a

certain way that I forget how this also affects joints. Correcting pH

is a real tonic & it's so easy to do.
