Guest guest
Do people use it? Dr. Bernstien swears by it - and I have seen some references somewhere to antiviral and anti-bacterial properties of the extract. But then there are those who say that it doesn't do much at all. So is it like the person on the news tonight said about caugh medicine efficacy (there are questions now about it in adults too), " If you take this, your caugh will go away about 5-7 days. If you don't, it'll go away in about a week. " Jim
Guest guest
I have used Elderberry, can't say for sure whether or not it helped get me thru the cold faster or not - it is also included in several other remedies that I use. I also use Oil of Oregano (very strong and powerful killer of germs/infection/virus's) and Kold Kare. Usually if I feel any symptoms coming on I start with the Oil of Oregano and most times I never really get sick. The Elderberry tastes wonderful, so long as you don't get the one that is in alcohol...the kids love it too. SeaLady
