Guest guest
The state isn't providing for their care because CPS didn't open a case. I'm glad there isn't an open case but it would be nice to have a little help. lolhugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. I'm heartsick for him, the kids, you and your family. This is going to be a lot on you! I am here for you. Please keep us posted when you can. How will the state provide for them financially, i.e. $ for food so you can feed them, etc.?You are a dear, sweet soul, and have a heart a mile wide!I'm proud to know you, love,KateTo: Group <mserslife >Sent: Tue, April 12, 2011 1:06:41 AMSubject: CPS came and brought kids CPS came tonight and brought three kids to our house. Their dad is a someone we know and we have helped him out from time to time. (This is the same kids who come to stay with us when the weather is below zero because they don't have heat). The dad was arrested this afternoon! Their mother died in a car wreck 5 years ago and they have absolutely no family anywhere. So we agreed to take the kids. Their dad could be in jail for up to a year from what I hear. The kids are 12, 14 and 16. So I will be a tad busier than normal:) I will check my mail throughout the day and the group will go on as normal.I got a call from one of the kids saying "Dad was arrested. Please help us!" I have spoken with deputies, the sheriff's office, the CPS Hotline and then finally the local CPS worker. This has been going on since 4:30 today. Wish me luck and lots of patience!hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product. I'm sure that this they were told about the situation (and not necessarily in so many words) people would be more than happy to give you a hand.
