Yes, it can be done, but if it was me, I've felt too crappy for too long to

waste a single day on Synthroid, even if I could limp along on it (plus cynomel)

OK for a while. If I wanted to change my T3/T4 proportions I'd decrease cynomel

and increase ERFA.

This was written in response to folks who wish to avoid NT because they are

avoiding animal products, but it seems relevant to your situation.
