As you increase T3 your TSH goes down and reduces your own thyroid

production causing you to need more T3 until you are on a total

replacement dose.

Due to the decay rates of T4 this can take at least 2 months of

regular increases to find a stable place.

The number of doses a day depends how your adrenals are, if they are

weak then several small doses are better

I count out the days worth into an empty bottle and carry it round

with me, that much I can find out if I have missed a dose or forgotten
