Taking Cytomel Sublingually...Help On Dosing

If you take your Cytomel under the tongue, should you still take it an hour

before or after any food? Can I take Cytomel AND HC together, or no? Having

trouble fitting this dosing in with having to take iron, too! Don't want them

messing each other up! How does everyone else fit this in?
