Guest guest
Hi Christy, I noticed a big change when I upped the inositol to 2x/day. I buy the powder and take about a teaspoon in water. Also, like everyone here says, it's important to support thyroid and adrenals. That makes a big difference. Yesterday I started DMAE (which I hadn't tried before), and I do seem to be thinking a bit more clearly. Hope this helps, :^) Alessa Recommendations for lethargy Posted by: " arendtright " arendt934@... arendtright Sun May 20, 2007 5:48 pm (PST) I just got through with my sixth round of dmsa/ala and I am starting to feel relief from my illness, but I am noticing that I have lost all motivation. I am on adrenal support, Fish oil, and various vitamins, but I was wondering if anyone had a positive experience with one particular supplement that could kick my butt into gear. I am having trouble getting anything done. I think it's a mental state, not physical. I have ready Andy's recommendations, but I was looking for personal experience. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Christy ________________________________________________________________________________\ ____ Moody friends. Drama queens. Your life? Guest guest
Alessa, Do you know why inositol would improve lethargy? I thought it had a more calming/sedative effect. In fact, I dropped inositol because I thought it seriously reduced my sleep and caused a lot of problems. I wonder if it needs to be balanced with choline...? If you (or anyone) can tell me more about inositol and why it would improve lethargy, please let me know. -- > > Hi Christy, > I noticed a big change when I upped the inositol to 2x/day.
