I used to use Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) to provide daily sulfate, but it seems I could not get enough sulfate and if I increased the epsom salts my bowels became loose due to the magnesium in it. When I switched to Glucosamin Sulfate it made a big difference. I feel much better on it in fact and I can take as much as I like without disturbing bowel function. It also improves my sleep.
