I also had the privilege of knowing and working with Dr. Hall for many years, and he was one of those rare Medical Directors that 'gets it.' I consider him both a mentor and a friend. He was a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San and did his residency at San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown. He was in private practice before becoming the Emergency Department medical director at East Houston Regional Medical Center. He was also the medical director for the City of Baytown EMS, North Channel EMS and South Lake EMS. He enjoyed scuba diving, hunting and riding his horses and motorcycle. His family will receive friends at Navarre Funeral Home Tuesday from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at Navarre Funeral Home with Rev. Rob officiating. In lieu of usual remembrances, contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, www.stjude.org Arrangements are under the direction of Navarre Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2444 Rollingbrook Dr., Baytown, TX, 77521 .
