So... since I have an issue with both lead and arsenic, perhaps a good way

to go (for me)would be DMPS untill I begin ALA, then use ALA with DMSA

(because i'll have to do the 3-4 hour dosing schedule anyway)?

Fortunately, my doc is willing to prescribe DMPS, in about 2 weeks, after i

do some things to strengthen my adrenals and then get started on Armour

Thyroid (turns out i have some pretty bad autoimmune things going on). I'm

trying to be patient...

Re: Alternating chelators

Thanks TK,

I will stick to one or the other and I think I will probably have to

go with DMPS. I'm wondering why though it is not recommended to

alternate, apart from if you have a specific issue with lead or

arsenic. Do you know why?

Thats a good idea to have another hair test, I had been thinking of

doing that as I havent had one for a while.

Thanks,

Anne
