Miami-Dade Teen Time

UM-NSU CARD is offering Miami-Dade teens (ages 13-19) with Asperger's Syndrome the opportunity to interact with other teens once a month through social activities. Themes include game night, movie night, chess night, and other fun things to do. This group is free, but registration is required.

Golfing with Autism

Learn How to Actively Participate in Your Child's IEP

Organized by Parent to Parent of Miami, this workgroup will help you prepare for your child's IEP meeting. Identify your child's strengths and weaknesses, use the information to outline educational goals, and request reports. You must bring your child's current IEP.
