For any of you with the pulling sensation, I'm curious whether

this seems to be a surface (muscle, connective tissue) symptom

or a deep, internal feeling?

, in my case I think it is a deep, internal feeling, that's

why the doc thought it is the stomach (I even thought of an ulcer!)..
