Some good news, my landlord was just here, he is going to totally re-do my kitchen! And he just mowed my lawns, cleaned up the yard (palm fronds and such) and fixed or replaced all of the screens (some were ripped, some missing) so now I can open ALL of my windows to the breeze!!!

He's also going to replace the venetian blinds in the dining room. The Florida sun does a trip on things like the blinds and the screens, but he is replacing/fixing all of it! G-d, I hope he renews my lease lol..I think he will, he likes getting his check in full and on time every month...and he likes me...I'm quiet and don't complain
