Guest guest
I am currently on 3-1/2 grains of Armour and taking Isocort. I have been able to maintain good daytime temps (finally!) usually around 98.4-98.5 degrees for the past 8 days or so. Prior to that temps had dropped during my period. The last two days, I have been feeling very tired in the evenings around 7:30 or so and have actually fallen asleep in a chair both nights. Today, I am beginning to feel it earlier. I have read posts regarding trying to maintain the daily dose of Isocort throughout the day so it does not drop off so suddenly in the evening. I am not having problems sleeping through the night though. Basically I feel as though I am feeling some of the hypo symptoms returning today. I am a bit more foggy, a bit more constipated, and really tired at night and now late afternoon. I also un derstand that once the body is getting enough cortisol, it can use up the available T3. Any ideas? Should I increase Isocort or could it be a need for Armour? My next appointment with the doc is in March. He wanted to see what improvements I would see over a couple monthes before I go back for more bloodwork. Thank you, Marva
