I would love feedback on dripping goats or sheeps milk!

That would be super yummy to make logs of herbed dripped chesse. YUM!

I recently bought the Donvier Cheese dripping device from Digestive Wellness and

I love it! It seems like the price went up for that but it was a great purchase

if one drips a lot and is sick of the cheese cloth cleaning hassle.

I suspect the cheesecloth method though is healthier as who knows what the mesh

is made out of on the Donvier.
