Guest guest Posted June 7, 2009 Report Share Posted June 7, 2009 What kind do you guys recommend? I don't want it to be too big, because our kitchen is already crowded. The only ice cream maker I have now is an 'ice cream ball' which you roll around or toss to make ice cream (about two spoonfulls worth). I figure it's time to upgrade. Also, I'm looking for a food processor. Any recommendations? Another thing I want recommendations for are nut flours. I get almond flour really cheap at TJ's, but it doesn't seem like it's ground very finely and it isn't blanched. Any of you have a good source that may sell cheap in bulk? Maybe an online thing? I'll take any recommendations for nut butters as well. I used to get the stuff from Whole Foods where they grind the almonds right there, but I would rather it be creamier. I don't like feeling pieces of nut in my mouth, because then I feel like I have to chew it for about 5 minutes to spare my intestines! I know, paranoid much? =DThanks for any advice! With summer starting, I'm going to try to plan my food and really renew my diet and put 110% into it! I feel like I'm starting over. I'm excited though!
