Guest guest
I started T3 Dec 28 to clear high RT3. I have titrated up twice, once to clear the RT3 (March) and now again recently (April/May). As soon as I approach an a.m. basal temp of 97.8 and mid-afternoon temp of 98.6, my heart goes into overdrive, sometimes with irregular beats. I had slowly (1/4 every 4-5 days) worked up to 75mcg. My temps were not consistently 97.8 or 98.6 and never went over those, but my heart can't seem to handle the amount that gets my temps up that high. I feel pretty good at 62.5-68.75 mcg. Should I just assume that I won't ever be able to get my temps higher than 97.4+/- in th a.m. and 97.9+/- in the afternoon? I've been on Isocort 5,4,3,1 since Feb and I take 108mg of Blue Bonnet chelated iron daily. As my iron level goes up, would that have anything to do with needing less T3? Thanks, Janie H
