Give us some clues to go on, temperature, pulse, when it came on and

what you were doing beforehand

It sounds adrenal to me, but 5 of HC should have sorted that out.

It might be you are progressivly getting more hypo and starting to get

more symptoms from it.

What is your dose timings for Erfa and T3 and when did this come on???

This happened around 4-5 pm, after being awake for 6 hours. Got up at 11, had my 15 mgs of HC, 1 grains of Thyroid, breakfast, the usual vits and mins, walked with the dog for 10 minutes.. Drank water.. Around 6-7, I took my BP, which was 148/95, a little highish, but probably because I was upset/scared. Pulse around 85. I took my 3rd HC dose of the day, which is 5 mg's, at 6 pm. Made NO difference, what so ever. The previous dose, 2nd dose of HC, was 7.5 mgs at 3 pm. This laziness "attack" came to me around 5 pm.I must add, however, that I did eat 1/2 a piece of cake (gluten-free, with lots of sugar in it, of course!) at around 3 or 4 pm. This could be the culprit, but, I am not sure, cause I didn't eat cake every day in 2008 and into 2009 either - Still got those "laziness attacks" every evening back then.......So. I got

this kind of attack DAILY in 2008 and halfway into 2009 til I started HC/sea salt. HOWEVER, with rT3 in mind: I took T4-only all the way til December 2009, and didn't suffer from these kinds of "laziness attacks" while on T4/HC/Sea salt from June 2009 til December 2009. From Dec 09, it was T3-only. Didn't have a lot of these attacks with T3-only either.I did go to a private ER (they always help people faster than the governmental-run ones!) and did a blood sample to check electrolytes and glucose. Both were fine. The only thing that I saw that was not perfect was my White Blood Cell Count, which was elevated at 9.9. Should be between 3.5 and 8.8.Serum Sodium was at 139, which is lowish. But could low sodium cause that kind of extreme "laziness attack" where I am almost not able to SPEAK or even WALK normally? For 5-6 hours???So I am not getting this... Trying to make sense here but it's hard! I

do feel more stuck in my nose/sinuses at the moment, and it's been like this ever since the summer kicked in about 2 weeks ago. I could be allergic to something out there, but I don't know...Many people and doctors tell me to do the laser sugery on my tonsils asap, but a few tell me I need my tonsils and I should try to live with them the way they are - However, taking natural substances to remove any irritation/infection. I am open for anything. My tonsils DO have lots of deep cavities in them though... So... They are definitely screwing up my HC and cortisol-usage! Nobody needs to tell me that - I know this very well!I have another appointment with my tonsil specialist on the 21st of June, just to talk about this. This will be my 5th consultation (it's free, government pays... for everything, including the operation!) regarding this matter. I am _extremely_ scared to do this operation. Can't say that I'm not! Cause

I am! Mostly because I am on HC, but also because I could be Hypo now, and Hypo-people don't tolerate anesthetics very well!

Your HC dosing is VERY bad and bound to cause issues. So oyu are takign

32.7mg daily? Try a new dosing schedule.

11Am or wake 10mg NO MORE

3PM or four hours later 10mg

7Pm or four houors after last dose 7.5mg

11PM or BEDTIME right as you put your head on the pillow 5mg

What you felt was most likely reactive hypoglycemia from the cake.

SUGARS are absolutely OUT when oyu have weak adrenals.

My allergies have been REALLY bad this time of year. I do okay most of the day, but if I sit in front of the computer during the day I could fall asleep after 10 minutes of staring at the computer. I think my eyes are irritated from the pollen out there and it causes me to get those sleep attacks like you are talking about. It's been happening for the last 6 weeks straight at night, which is hard since I work 3 hours on the computer every night for my job. I never use to do this, but the allergy season has been worse this year for everyone.

You are better off with tonsils IF there is no problem with them. However, you DO have problems with yours. My son had strep repeatedly, colds, etc. He had his adenoids and tonsils out last summer and he had a GREAT winter! I don't regret it!

I will try this new doscing schedule, as Hertoghe seems to be stuck on the 20+10 regime. They have, however, looked at me body, know my height and weight and body mass and so on, which is something you haven't. Mr. Hertoghe explained the dosage in the way that "I have a big body and need much more HC in the morning" - So that's why he put me on 20+10. I am reading Jefferies book on "Safe Uses Of Cortisol" and I think it's explained in there that splitting the doses into several smaller pieces is better and more natural. So I am with you on this one !Could be what you explained - Shouldn't have had that cake. It was such a small piece though. I do eat like 2-3 apples a day, and don't seem to get problems like that with them. I will completely avoid sugars now though. Don't wanna risk anything - Even if that was an incredibly tasty

piece of cake... *Feels like Homer Simpson drooling*Could I just change the HC schedule at once, tomorrow morning? Change all doses the same day?Your HC dosing is VERY bad and bound to cause issues. So oyu are takign

Btw why is my dosing schedule bad? Can you explain why in details?I was on:11 am wakeup 15 mg3 pm 7.5 mg6 pm 5 mg9 pm 2.5 mgmidnight BEDTIME 2.5 mg (mostly lately bedtime wasn't until 2-3 pm)Today I am trying your new schedule... However, I feel my nose/sinuses are infected and stuck and I am not sure if it's a good idea to change the dose today! I won't be taking less HC, just less in the morning when I get up! So far, I just feel lazy...... It's been 1 hour since I took my 10 mgs instead of 15!ONE QUESTION REGARDING HC AND BLOATING: My face is HUGE now. Would that for example be from long-time (months) use of too much HC for my body? I remember you said you INCREASED HC to remove your bloatedness once... Do I remember correctly?I have

no idea which way to go.. More HC, less HC.. I think I might need LESS though... But with the whole "infected head" problem, I am not sure what to do NOW! Appointment to talk to Dr. Tonsil on the 21st of June!Subject: Re: Weakness.. Most possible cause; Hypo? To: RT3_T3 Date: Thursday, June 3, 2010, 3:03 PM
