Guest guest
Breakfast: 2 large eggs fried in a little lard, Barry's tea, grape juice cocktail (2/3 parts sparkling water, 1/3 part Knudsen Just Concord, fresh squeezed lime juice -- this sometimes tastes like a cold Coke going down!) Snack: Roasted brazil nuts Lunch: Crown Prince Sardines in olive oil (these are very good, tiny fish, not salty, more smokey; try them when you're really hungry and you will develop a new food!), roasted red peppers, Barry's tea Snack: 1/4 - 1/3 cup roasted red grapes and strawberries Dinner: Catsmo bourbon and black pepper smoked salmon, roasted fennel, pomegrante cocktail (see about, but with Knudsen pomegranate juice) Notes: Yes, I roast a lot ahead of time; it is the lazy girl's cooking method. This was a fish-heavy day, usually one meal is meat.
Guest guest
i'm back almost intro.... 1 7oz jar yogurt (YAH, i finally made some) 4 cups chicken broth (homemade) about 1/4 cup chicken (used to make broth) about 1/4 cup carrots (from broth) 3 cups coffee with honey 2 cups fresh steeped ginger tea with honey i did make a guacamole with tomoato, garlic, cilantro and lime juice and add some shredded chicken. it was so yummy lots of orange gelatin lots of water with fresh lemon/lime juice oh and i tasted the red beans i made for my daughter until i had the seasonings adjusted correctly. i'm going to stay mostly liquid for the next couple days only eating chicken, carrots, gelatin, a banana, and yogurt tomorrow. then pureeing eggplant on tuesday. we'll see how it works out my symptoms had been getting worse and worse but being liquid from 5PM friday through about 9AM today really made me feel better. the little bit of food i did eat made me feel a little uncomfortable. maybe i shoulda just stuck to the carrots instead of adding the avacado. in the past, avacado was well tolerated when i had to go back intro. maybe it was the fresh garlic or tomato in the " guacamole " chicken salad..??? oh well, i feel so much better than i did friday it's not even funny. misty kimble cd - no meds scd - 17+ months
