Guest guest
Does it help with adrenal problems? What else is it good for? What other non RX supplements can support adrenals?
Guest guest
I would start with adrenal cortex extract. Nutricology makes one. If that doesn't help and you want to try herbal things, I recommend reading what Andy says about them in the book before trying them. You can also check archives or search the web for more information. If you have specific questions, I'm happy to answer if I can, but it is hard for me to say what will work for a particular person's situation. I forgot to mention pregnenolone and dhea, which are precursors to adrenal and other hormones. Also progesterone cream. These are available online or HFS. -- > > > > > > Does it help with adrenal problems? > > > > > > I wouldn't say it is a direct form of adrenal support, but it helps > > by reducing stress reactions, so your adrenals don't have to work > > so hard to respond to stress. > > > > > > > > > What else is it good for? > > > > > > Can help with anxiety, improve sleep, balance mood, help you relax, > > increase dopamine levels.
