Guest guest Posted April 23, 2011 Report Share Posted April 23, 2011 Yesterday I cooked a pot of pinto beans. Then I made Sonoran Enchiladas for dinner with refried beans on the side. My son made the enchilada sauce. It was a wonderful meatless meal for Good Friday. This morning my son was working on the generator so I cooked breakfast. I cooked potatoes, bacon, rye toast and eggs. It was nice to have a big breakfast since our company kids only wanted cold cereal.
