Guest guest
Olif I have had his thyroid and adrenals tested. His TSH was 1.65, but the palms of his hands and soles of his feet were dark orange. This has now gone with Armour treatment. His cortisol was low in the range, (not that serum cortisol means that much) and his aldosterone was below range, and many of his symptoms are adrenal (skinny, dark rings under his eyes, poor immunity) so I have no doubt his adrenals are weak. My endo is of the view that treating with Armour alone will help stimulate the adrenals, but this only works in children. We are now waiting and seeing to see what effect this has. I will avoid the steroids for now - if I absolutely have to I will put him on glandular support, but I'd rather chelate and heal him properly. Best Nicola > > This sounds like my daughter. Her hair test also suggested thyroid problems. She didn't meet any counting rules, but had an " all low " presentation. > > I am wondering if you plan on chelating without testing the adrenals/thyroid? That is my concern for my daughter. I am worried about stressing her adrenals/thyroid. She doesn't have insurance right now, but I can get them tested on my own. I am just not sure what I would do to support them, depending on how bad they are. > > Thanks, > Olif > >
