Try reducing the light therapy to 15 minues - I find that even a

little bit is quite stimulating. If you're on cortisol, you MIGHT

want to try reducing that by a bit - light might stimulate natural

cortisol production (the the SCN in the hypothalamus) - it is

involved in entraining the natural circadian pattern of cortisol

release.

What's SRT3?

SRT3 is slow release T3 or " timed release " T3.
