Emma, stopping the pill did indeed help me, but I took it for way too long! Almost ten years total. Also, when it comes to the Estrace, flat out tell the doc you want to try it! I'd tell her that you would like to at least 'see' if it would work! If you haven't already, go back through the older posts on the group...just type in "Estrace" in the search box on our home page...print out some good articles or ino on Estrace and take it with you to an appt.
