Hey Becky, I would keep an eye on things and go with what you feel in your gut! I have a history of Endo, IC & v. pain. I would also consider doing 'one' thing at a time. Docs will throw all kinds of stuff at us, so read all you can and 'you' should make the final decision about which treatments to try! IC 'can' cause pelvic pain...but if you don't seem to have a lot of 'bladder' problems, I would not rush into a cystoscopy, that's just me, though. I've had two of them. I've also had two laps for Endo. I myself decided that I would 'never' take Lupron. In my opinion, that's a wicked med...and can have irreversible side effects. I've spoken with several women (in person and on the phone) who 'used' it & realized it's not worth trying. Seems like any help it 'might' give is very temporary and you must endure terrible side effects in the

meantime. Also, I just came off a course of Prometrium and 'hated' it the whole time! Of course, it may not cause side effects for every woman, but progesterone causes me problems whether it's naturally occurring in my body or with the help of meds! Are you tracking your pelvic pain? If not, I suggest you write down 'everything' that goes on in a few of your cycles. That will help you establish a pattern. I know its a pain having to keep up with it, but it will 'show' you sooo much! Hugs, Chelle
