Guest guest
I just got my shipment of freeda vitamins! I got the multi and the calcium. Now I'm wondering how to go about taking them though. I know I should introduce them slowly, but I'm also taking fish oil, iron (illegal, unfortunately), prednisone (very unfortunate), and L- glutamine. I know to take the pred as early as possible in the morning and the L-glutamine an hour before a meal, but that's about it. First, is there anything I should avoid taking together? And is there a time of day or type of food that it's better to take some of these with? Im probably not going to be taking the full 3 multis a day and the full 5 calcium, so the ones I do take I want to take them at the right time and with the right stuff. Also, for the L-glutamine, how long do I have to wait AFTER a meal to take it? Is it an hour after one meal and and hour before the next? Also, I see the multis have iodine in them. Do we get sources of iodine from anywhere else other than salt, because if so, maybe I could stop using the salt with dextrose and iodine? Since I'd be getting some from the multi and wherever else. Thanks for any help! All these pills confuse me sometimes (all the time) lol =) Pour Dieu, pour terre, Alyssa 15 UC April 2008, diagnosed Sept 2008 SCD June 2009 (restarted) 20mg Prednisone 1x daily ugh
