Well, don't do anything unless you are sure this is a problem for

you, get the test done first. To get rid of OP is not so easy but

saunas help and losing weight has also been suggested as OPs are fat

soluble and accumulate in your body fat. I haven't tried this as

I've been underweight most of my life and particularly when suffering

CFS, and as I began to recover I put on weight and felt so much

better with it I'm reluctant to try to lose it again. Also I have a

concern about redistribution. In my case the issue is clouded

anyway because my current fat cell biopsy does not show OP (previous

ones did), only the mitochondria so it seems the remaining toxin is

buried very deep. I will retest soon which should show whether

saunas have helped or not.
