Guest guest
Raquel, is it just fatigue (and maybe fibro) or are you still battling a lot of infections? I only ask because I did learn a lot about restoring my immune system from " Allergy Relief & Prevention " by Krohn & Francis , and a lot of the guidelines in the " Body Ecology Diet " by Donna Gates are helpful. With proper diet and supplements, my immune function made a tremendous recovery, albeit fragile. I start getting infections again & eventually feel like I'm in a constant 'flu' state if I try reverting to a mainstream diet and cut back on supplements. For me, the fibro-fatigue side of it is what I can't control as well as I'd like to. Since a doctor had diagnosed me as " ADD " before I knew about all the other stuff, I decided to go back to taking a low dose stimulant several days a week in the months before starting frequent dose chelation. I actually feel fine (no achiness, decent energy level) when I do and rarely get ill, if ever. If I were able to drink some coffee, it would probably do the same. I have tried everything, even Enada NADH, but only by taking a stimulant do I live a normal life most days of the week. It allows me strength all day to hold my head up, be pain-free, stay awake, be alert and able to focus and think at a reasonable pace. I think it works by improving my whole-body metabolic state, and it's probably helping chelation go a lot better, too. Interestingly, there must be others in this situation because Andy mentions epinephrine-norepinephrine deficiencies in his book, and in Teitelbaum's " Fatigued to Fantastic " there are direct references to this. It's been a tough issue for me because I really believe in natural healing and would do it all via organic diet, clean water, clean air, active lifestyle, etc., if only that could be enough. I take between 20 and 30 suplements > Andy recomends. I am considering taking cortisol Rx. > > Why I still have such a paralizing CF and what can I do about it? > > Raquel >
