Re: flax seed oil

I'm sorry for my english, I have confused soupspoon with tablespoon:)

So, really I'm taking now 6 tablespoons of flax seed oil.

On the bottle says nothing about grams of linolenic acid per

tablespoon, but I guess it shoud be approximately like your Barlean's

bottle, so that I'm taking 34 grams daily.
