I've heard others say they felt yucky and draggy during rounds and TK and others have said it's a sign to just lower dose, not necessarily meaning that redistribution has happened. Can others weigh in on blurry vision and other unpleasant side effects as evidence more mercury is moving out of my brain and cells (good) on the way out just getting some dropped (unavoidable) vs. a lot got dropped due to using R-lipoic acid or dose timing (irregular but mostly 2 hrs day/3hrs night) which is avoidable and undesireable?
