Vitamin A Source

Hi,

I am looking for a vitamin A supplement to replace the one I am taking

(Freeda-dry). I now realize that one of the contributing factors to my

health taking a nosedive this last year was not just chelation, but

having switched to a different vitamin A supp because the manufacturer

of the previous product (Solgar-dry) changed their formulation. I have

to take larger amounts to keep my blood levels up, so cod liver oil

just won't work because of the vitamin D content. Obviously I am

looking for something that is heavy metal free. I've tried just about

every source product I can think of. I am concerned about my seafood

allergy, but take fish oil caps without issue. Anyone have any

suggestions? What vitamin A products do others use?

Thanks,

Gladioli
