what dose if replacing DMSA with DMPS?

HI,

I'm seeing my doctor Tuesday, and will ask for a DMPS prescription, to

replace the DMSA I have been using. I have been at 25mg DMSA with 25mg

ALA for about 3 months, and DMSA working up to that dose three months

before that. SO chelating a total of about 6 months.

I'll need to tell the doctor what does i want to start at for the

DMPS. I'm thinking it won't need to be as low as stated in the

guidelines, which assumes you are building up from no chelation.

What dose would be good to start the DMPS at, replacing 25 mg DMSA?

If anyone has a quick answer to this, it will help very much to know

before my appointment.
