In the mid nineties I had schizophrenia by the modern definition. It

wasn't until I came across Dr Lendon and his writings about food

allergies that I was able to pull out of this. Wheat and dairy had to go.

Days after my MMR injection I found I was having problems digesting

meat. My abdomen bloated and I'd feel uncomfortable for hours. I was

reading spiritual writings etc at the time so I assumed I was becoming

vegetarian and my body was changing as I changed so...I began eating

more breads and dairy (cheeses and lots of ice cream) and got worse and

worse. I didn't know at the time that I was also having difficulty

digesting bread and dairy...apparently an issue for many mercury toxic

individuals. Hence the gluten free-dairy free diet mentioned in the

autistic sites for those mercury poisoned. Gluten and dairy effect

people differently when you are mercury poisoned.
