Guest guest
Not a stupid question at all, especially if you are new to the diet. Just shows you how dedicated you are to making sure you are staying GF. Anyway, heres what I found: Isomalt is a synthetic sugar alcohol that is produced from sugar. And sugar is GF. So go ahead and take the Hall's and feel better! ~ > > Stupid question, but is isomalt a malt derivitive? I looked it up on the net and it says it's a sugar substitute, but does that mean like maltodextrine is not malt? I'm in desperate need of a Hall's and I heard that the sugar free ones are gf, which I happen to have. Summer colds suck. > > -- > loriann aka Victree the Christian clown >
