I just got off the phone with Boars Head.... All of there Turkey meats contain sugar....

I have posted in the past....All Board Head Cold Cuts and most brands are off limits to us.....

I always react to commercial lunch meats. Your best bet for turkey is to

buy a turkey breast, roast it yourself, and then slice it thin -- and

freeze it in 2-4 ounce packages so you can take out the same amount as

you would if you bought the pre-cooked stuff.
