Guest guest
Thanks very much, Tom for this information. I have printed out the exercise protocol and ordered the equipment for this exercise. I know I need it and have not been able to find it elsewhere. My pelvis has been out of control for years, ever since I had reconstruction surgery (for cystocele, rectocele and enterocele) in 1997. If you have any other protocol for this problem, please let me know.
