I have not had much luck myself with loaf bread recipes. The

alternative I use is Easy Sandwich Bread found on www.NoMoreCrohns.com  The batter is made

into individual “pancakes” that are cooked in a skillet. I have to

add water to the batter, otherwise it is too thick. I also have to mix it by

hand as the batter is too thick for my blender. Cook 3-4 minutes per side. This

bread does not fall apart and I use it for any type of sandwich.

Greetings! I have been on the SCD regiment for

the past 4 months and I'm trying to make my life a little simpler cooking wise.

Does anyone have recipes for SCD legal bread made in a bread machine?

I've been making an almond flour cake in a food processor with fruit in it. But

there is only so much you can take. I really need a little variety.
