In and out of the hospital with the pulmonary fibrosis,vascular disease. heart diseases and I could go on and on. Cost of a TV is $6.00 a day for 30 channels can't do much cooking or remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms so actual channel line drops way down. Can't even watch the local news on computer or TV. Is there any thing that I can hook up to my acer aspire 6920,card or usb port to get decent picture live over the air free. Don't care if its broadcast as long as it's not going to stop working next year when they change digital or analog what ever it is. A small external antenna on a bed table would be ok if that gives better reception but some guy wanted to sell me a dish out the window and of course the hospital would never go for that. Newport hospital is about 40 miles from providence RI stations. and 60 miles from Boston The other hospitals are both in Providence, RI. Finally something I can afford. The three kids are splitting bill and they will give me, hell if I buy something cheap. If no one knows can someone point me in the right direction as this must be problems in other hospitals.
