Guest guest
I have Crohn’s and I had something similar to RLS, caused by not enough oxygen in my cells and a consequent lactic acid build-up in my muscles. Created a weird and constant kind of “humming” in my legs (and often arms and hands). LDN has eliminated that. The only time I feel it at all any more is if I let myself get extremely overly tired. n From: BTVC-SCD [mailto:BTVC-SCD ] On Behalf Of teresa.spindler Sent: Monday, June 22, 2009 3:40 PM To: BTVC-SCD Subject: LDN and RLS I've been listening to your discussion of LDN for the last few days so I looked it up online and read about how good it is for Crohns and MS and chronic fatigue. Besides having constant diarrhea for the last three years and a diagnosis of IBS, I have severe restless leg syndrome and have been taking oxycodone (an opiod) for over a year. Do any of you who are taking LDN for Crohns or another digestive problem also have RLS? I would love to try LDN but wonder what effect it would have on the RLS. Any help would be much appreciated.
