Guest guest
Alyssa I use food rotation for some foods now, but needed to use it for all vegetables back when I started SCD. My experience was that I didn't have to worry about families of food being repeated within the 3+ day rotation period, but rather had to pay attention to the individual food. In other words my body wouldn't react if I had another food from the same family the next day or two days later. I would guess each of us has to experiment and figure out what works best for our bodies. Kim M. SCD 5+ years > > When you rotate foods, is it better to have only one family of food > every day? Say, for example, Monday I have: Meat= poultry; Veggie= > cruciferous; Fruit= citrus. Then Tuesday I'd have: Meat= fish; Veggie= > nightshade; Fruit= sweet fruit.
