Guest guest
Carmel You ask such interesting questions!! I just had to look into aspergillus. Aspergillus are molds. Aspergillus niger is used to produce citric acid, and as a ulture for enzymes. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspergillus I think its use to culture isogest makes it SCD-legal. Whether your body will tolerate it or not is another question. Kim M. >>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hi there,I have just heard back from Kirkman's and they said that Isogest, like their other enzymes, are derived from Aspergillis. Is this SCD legal? Many thanks, Carmel NZSucrase Isomaltase DeficiencyFructose MalabsorptionSCD 24.03.
