Guest guest
no, he doesn't go in unless it's storming and they have to get him in there first so he goes to the top roost and doesn't climb all over everyone else to get there...I think that is how it goes. Otherwise he sleeps on top outside the hen house. It is very entertaining for them as he will tolerate a few strokes and will follow if they don't make sure he is settled before leaving for the night. I made them a turkey quilt with layers of applique, very nice, very textured, very happy to have finished it lol! Guest guest
Yes, I actually told them they had to use it or I'd never make another for them! Many people tend to want to just hoard them or hang them up, what's the point of that? I'm working on an Auburn Tigers quilt for my husband for our bed (college football team). It's going slow as I keep having too much too do around here and occasionally my larger kitty forgets he is big and jumps on the stand, resulting on falling right through. He use to use it for a springboard but that was when he weighed about 5#, not 15-18# Lordy! To: MSersLife Sent: Tue, May 10, 2011 11:06:20 AMSubject: Re: folks turkey I love the quilt! You do beautiful work. What a lovely thing to do for your parents. I'll bet they treasure it!hugs SharonThis email is a natural hand made product.
