Guest guest Posted June 4, 2009 Report Share Posted June 4, 2009 I've gotten a few emails explaining that berries/kiwis may be better than bananas/apples because of the fructose issue. But are berries risky because of the seeds and skins (ie strawberries & blueberries)? I'd love to try low-fructose fruits but would love to hear about some other fruits and any info on why they are good/or what to watch out for. Thanks!
